VOICE PRINCIPLES

Say something worth reading.

01 / CLEAR

Be specific.

Use familiar words, concrete verbs, and a clear next step. Let the meaning lead.

02 / CONSIDERED

Choose what matters.

Give each sentence a purpose. Create breathing room in language as well as layout.

03 / HUMAN

Speak with people.

Use a natural rhythm and a respectful tone. Keep the reader’s needs close to the surface.

Editorial style

  • Use sentence case for headings and controls.
  • Keep short labels direct and action-led.
  • Use contractions when they make the language natural.
  • Give important ideas space instead of adding emphasis everywhere.

Before publishing

  • Confirm every claim, date, number, and service name.
  • Replace sample messaging with approved brand copy.
  • Adapt the tone to the reader and the situation.
  • Review this voice direction once positioning is established.

These are proposed writing principles and illustrative examples, not approved positioning or claims about the business.
